    yes you can run hardened seats and i have not used them to. but i now put them in all my gm head builds when i run the biggerEX valves you will not need them for the intake. with this engine i would run at least a 2.190 intake to . hey i have some killer rect port iron grumpy J heads that would work nice and they are for sale . use a msd or a hop up hei with a coil and module
