What big block for 1/8 mile drag racing?

Short deck ,tall deck is best?Should I do a big cubic inch short deck or a small cubic inch tall deck?I am using stock closed chamber oval ports too.Engine will be pulling a 65 chevy short bed truck.Do I want to stay with a smaller cubic inch displacement for the shorter track?I am looking for 600-650 horses total,400 on pump gas and a 250 shot of nitrous. Thanks
