Ok here is a stupid question....but i have to ask.
Ever since my motor has been put together, i have a reading of over 16 degrees initial timing(yes i have the vacuum advance unplugged) So either my timing tab has moved, or a stock timing tab wont work with the stroke? i know it sounds dumb....but i am running out of ideas. And if my timing tab has moved....how the hell do i fix that? I would assume TDC the motor and adjust accordingly?

any input would be nice. And the motor runs great....this is very weird.

ps no the balancer has NOT slipped.
