hi guys!!

i got an 86' 454 ci on my 76 camaro. i got edelbrock performer rpm air gap ractangular port , 850 carb demon and hedman headers 2" ceramic coated

i want to increase my hp to 650+ on street/strip. i want to know what cam should i choose and what do i need and i want to use nitrous oxide on my engine.

any suggestions?

Call one of the cam makers tell them what you want to do and they can help you out.I would look at a mech. roller cam ground on a wide lobe seperation for the N2o.Also to get 650 + h.p. you will have to look at some really good heads.You did'nt say if that 650+ h.p was with the bottle or not.

If you got a hunk of money laying around put a blower on it . That would give you 650hp++++. Keep in mind if you change your cam if your engine is not fresh you need to change your lifters and push rods
