I need some advice on something, I have a 87 454 with cracked heads. They are open chamber and I have access to a set of closed chamber heads. It is in a mothorhome, the question I have is can I replace the open with closed and not have to run a medium or high grade fuel in the thing ? Thank for ANY adice.
