    oil pressure

i have 65psi fully warm oil pressure on my new engine. im using a moroso 8qt oil pan wit a matching summit hv oil pump. my oil pressure is good but sometimes when its running it will bounce between 65 and 50psi at the stop lights if i take out of gear it will steady again. if i turn the car off and start it back up it will be even again. somedays i can drive it for a few hours and its fine and sometimes after 20 min it will do it again. the motor has about 300 miles on it is it just reallybraking-broke in or am i overreacting. i usualy use kn 2002 oil filter and heared that fram makes junk filters as read in a magizine article. could the 3500 stall converter be ingaging to early. on the highway or crusing i have 80psi even
