Wanted: 1937-1957 Chevy Or Gmc Short Bed Streetrod Truck

Here is what I am looking for:

a 1937 thru 1957 Chevy or GMC short bed pick up with a minimum of upgraded front/rear suspension, 300 h.p. V-8 engine minimum, PS, PB, tilt wheel, auto trans.
The more options the better. I would REALLY like A/C but will add it to the right truck.
My plans for this truck are to use it for a daliy driver and to pull my 24' enclosed trailer with race car.

What I am NOT looking for.

I am NOT looking for a show quality truck that is all painted up and detailed on the underside, but rather a NICE, dependable driver with nice paint and interior. I am going to USE this as a TRUCK. Also, I live in Arizona and am not looking for a truck that has been filled with bondo. If it has had rust it would have to have had the metal cut out and new welded back in.

The truck I buy is going to replace my current 1997 Chevy 3/4 ton regular cab 8' box pickup that has a Venco underbody dump hoist under the pick up bed. It is equipped with 350, auto trans, PS, PDB, A/C, AM/FM. This truck has only 68K miles and is in very good condition. I just no longer have a need for a dump truck and want someting more fun to drive. This truck is available for trade, but I don't need to sell it before I buy a truck I want, I just wanted to throw the possibility out there.
